Thomas Rowan

Thomas serves at Crossway Church as a teacher and ministry leader with a passion for helping people understand and apply God’s Word. Though a Wisconsin native, he has spent many years abroad through his military service. Following his time in the United States Air Force, Thomas felt the call to ministry and earned a Master's Degree in Theological Studies from Regent University. He is also a published author whose works include Bible expositions and Christian teaching resources focused on making Scripture accessible and relevant to everyday life. Thomas has a deep love for biblical theology, discipleship, and expository teaching. He enjoys helping believers grow in their understanding of Scripture and encouraging them to live faithfully for Christ in their homes, workplaces, and communities.

Nicole Rowan
Crosstown Children's Ministry Coordinator

A Wisconsin native, Nicole has spent most of her life in the state while cultivating a love for sunshine, volleyball, and international travel. Building meaningful relationships and connecting with others has been a central part of her life from an early age. Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree from Viterbo University and went on to complete both a master’s degree and a post-master’s certificate in psychology and behavior analysis through The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Throughout her career in behaviors, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults. Serving alongside her husband, Thomas, she brings a passion for serving and encouraging others in both professional and ministry settings.
